Take your sewing (and exercise) game to the next level with this beginner-friendly tried and tested Workout Set sewing pattern, featuring a long performance leggings pattern and a short sleeve fitted cropped gym top pattern.

Both designs are finished with a folded band at the waistline.

This digital activewear sewing pattern is designed to be tight fitting for optimal support whilst keeping you cool and comfortable to enhance your performance in your chosen activity.

We recommend using any mid to heavy weight activewear fabrics or knit fabrics such as heavy jersey, rib, Lycra, Nylon or other knitted fabrics that include at least 5% elastane/spandex for stretch. The more stretch the fabric has, the more comfortable movement will be wearing this set.

Model is wearing a set made from 250gsm (heavy weight) 87% Polyester, 13% Elastane Lycra.

The fabric weight, fibre content and stretch will affect the fit of the garment.

A4 and letter sizes can be printed at home and A0 sheet printouts are available at most print and copy stores (sometimes it’s called large format ‘plan printing’). With each format, please make sure that no scaling is applied and the prints are actual size.
