Elevate your project with our tried and tested Bomber Jacket sewing pattern, featuring a front zip, welt pockets and a contrast rib knit collar, hem band and cuffs.

This unlined boxy Bomber Jacket is a slightly oversized off-shoulder design with full length sleeves, and a flattering pulled in hemline that sits on the high hip. 

We recommend using any light to mid-weight woven fabrics such as cotton, wool, twill, denim, canvas, satin, leather or pleather, rayon, cupro, tencel, heavy linen, polycotton, etc. with little or no stretch for the body.

For the rib panels, heavy textured ribbing knits with good elasticity (5+%) are the best.

Please note, the fabric weight, fibre content and stretch will affect the fit of the finished garment.

This pattern is intermediate level and requires basic sewing experience.
